The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are big and spacious, but it could be inconvenient to have to go to the front desk for extra items due to the out-of-service elevator. The service is decent with a helpful staff, though some language barriers exist. The location is excellent, especially for Expo Visitors, being in a safe area near Plaza del Sol. The dining experience might not be top-notch, reminiscent of an old hotel with traditional Greek products.

The hotel is situated just opposite Plaza del Sol in a calm and safe area, offering easy access to the main avenues leading to the city center, airport, and bus station. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes everything super easy. However, the dining options are a bit basic, and the room had some issues with electricity. The location is excellent for exploring Guadalajara.
